Role Overview

As a Legal Associate (District Level) at Integro Finserv, you will handle recovery cases, borrower negotiations, and district-level legal representation. The role involves direct case management, compliance, and collaboration with field and operations teams to ensure ethical and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recovery cases, draft filings, and track case progress.

  • Conduct borrower negotiations and support structured settlements.

  • Represent Integro in district courts and tribunals.

  • Ensure compliance with recovery laws and provide legal advice to teams.

  • Coordinate with advocates, operations, and finance for documentation and evidence.

Requirements

  • LL.B with enrollment in State Bar Council.

  • 1–3 years litigation/recovery experience (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply).

  • Knowledge of recovery laws, civil procedure, and arbitration.

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
